“Deniz is a wonderful person and the house is a very pleasant place to be. The surrounding area is a mess, but it is really in the center of the city. I can't understand how a city could let this happen, but it is what it is. It isn't cheap compared to some hotels in the area, but for me it was worth it.”

“The hotel is perfectly situated for visiting the Castle and other interesting sights. The staff were wonderful, kind and considerate. The communal sitting area is lovely and I was plied with tea all afternoon. The place is really warm which as a February visitor was important. The breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice. Both my husband and I really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back for sure.”

“This is a well located & comfortable hotel in a lovely historic ‘Baltic’ building. The rooms were very clean and the twin room (we eventually stayed in)was bright and airy & quiet. The service levels in the hotel are best described as ‘indifferent’. The room safe was locks shut but no one seemed to know how to fix it, the breakfast selection was not constantly replenished (constantly had to request replenishment of items). When we first checked in we were allocated an small dark attic room……

“Doğu illerinde maalesef sigara içilen ve içilmeyen oda ayırımı henüz daha bilinçlendirilmemiş. Sanırım Sigara içmeyen veya sigara kokusundan şikayet eden müşteri sayısı daha az olduğu için Otel işletmecileri de müşteri kaybı olmaması açısından sigaradan şikayetçi misafirleri idare etmeye çalışıyor. Sapran Otelde de aynısını yaşadım. Ama hemen odayı değiştirip yardımcı oldular. Güler yüzleri ve yardımcı olan personeli ile gerçekten teşekkür ederim. ”
