「Cons: we booked a jungle view room which really turned out to be a junk view. Not hotel fault but surrounded area is residential and all dumped in their backyard!! Secondly, it was very very cold in February, and hotel tried to beat it up by portable oil heaters! Three hours and nothing happened!! We complained a lot, and finally they moved us in a room where there was a real wall heater!! Great relief. Good that it was not a busy season and a room was available. But not having a wall heater is...

The mountain inn is perfect in ever way: Outstanding location, thoughtful and guest centric touches and personalised service, both front office and F&B showed a distinct willingness to please the guest, excellent food and restaurant, lovely rooms that have been redesigned without overt modernisation. Couldn't find fault with anything in Rokeby Manor. 」

「First time to Mussoorie and found hotel based on Expedia recommendations. It is away from the busyness of the town, yet the hotel offers shuttle service to the mall. The team of staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Mr. Sunil Kumar, the owner, lives at the property and he and his wife Laxmi are gracious hosts. The Hotel SunGrace helped me with tour options, travel options and were fun to spend time with. A great experience and I hope to return someday.」

「It is a decent stay option but far away from mall road. I stayed in Luxury suite but it was nit luxurious as per 3* star hotel standards. Tea/ Cofee/ Complimentary water bottle/ hand towel were missing in the room. Intercom was not working. Staff was cooperative and served good food」

The food that they cook is very tasty and hygienic (as it is cooked in front of you). But, they don't have a parking space for your car, where we had to spend additionally.」
