On the Tyrrhenian coast of Tuscany, this beautiful property is surrounded by olive groves and a private pool for guests. Beautiful 3-family house "Coast", surrounded by fields. Below Bibbona 7 km from the centre of Cecina, 16 km from the centre of Castagneto Carducci, 20 km from the centre of San Vincenzo, 6 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property (fenced), garden, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Sep.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, barbecue. Private: patio, garden furniture. In the house: internet access, heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Parking on the premises. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 7 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station 7 km, sandy beach 6 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Additional accommodations can be booked. From the property you have easy access to nearby beaches of Marina di Bibbona, Cecina and Donoratico.
