「The hotel was itself was great, staff was awesome. My only complaint about was I booked the Club room, as I have done in many other hotels. I was disappointed when I learned that unless your their during service time, their was no offerings. Most properties will. Have access to sodas and bottled waters throughout the day. 「Property was basically well maintained-lobby, dining area and my room was clean. Bedding was nice and the mattress was very comfortable.The front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and very accommodating. The hotel has a very convenient location near the Charlotte Airport. The only disappointing feature was the bath hair dryer blew up and caught on fire. Housekeeping promptly brought a portable hair dryer, which sadly did not work.
