Fantastic Property and Surroundings

We stayed from 25th Aug-1st Sept. The property totally exceeded our expectations which were extremely high. The facilities are second to none, it felt like a home from home but in much more beautiful surroundings. Orchard House is very close to all amenities but secluded for peace and tranquility. There was a lovely offering on arrival in the form of a welcome pack, totally unexpected and a treat. The owners were friendly and chatted to members of my family. I cannot recommend this property enough, it would not disappoint. Many thanks The Thrussell family.

Good quality accommodation, equipment and facilities, with spacious living, dining and kitchen areas. Comfortable bedrooms, doubles with en-suite shower rooms and twins with family bathroom. Well maintained lawned garden and carport for 3 cars. Steep walk down and back from local Portledge beach. Woolacombe, Croyde, Saunton Sands and Westward Ho! beaches to the north. Orchard House is an excellent choice for those wanting comfort, lots of space, and peace and quiet.

Orchard House is an excellent choice for those wanting comfort, lots of space, and peace and quiet. The house is very well equipped and en suite facilities in all four double bedrooms and a separate bathroom to serve the two twin bed rooms are a major plus point. The A39 by the exit from the drive gives quick access to Bideford - an attractive river-side town. We had to use the medical centre in Bideford twice and the support was outstanding. There are plenty of places to visit within an hour or so's drive. The RHS Rosemoor Garden is stunning. Overall excellent value for money.
