They’re were very friendly and welcoming. The pictures in the posting are accurate. Just be aware that there are a good amount of stairs/steps getting to the house and from the rooms, down to the common areas. We felt very safe and secure in the area, even in the middle of the night. If ever we come back for a visit, we would……

“This property is clean, quiet and very convenient. The neighborhood seemed pretty safe, but like any big city, keep your eyes open. I highly recommend this property to families that need space to spread out. Things to know… there are many stairs. There is a suite on the main level, but the other 3 rooms are either upstairs or in the basement… just something to be aware of if you have mobility issues. If we are able to go back to Paris, we would absolutely stay there again.”

Salles de bains et cuisines très sales : traces de gras et autres sur portes meubles, tiroirs non organisés et très encrassés, frigos non nettoyés (1 poivron pourri dans frigo rez); nous avons dû relaver la vaisselle, verres, tasses, couverts avant utilisation et décaper les douches avant utilisation : voir ci-dessous un……

“This was a work/family vacation and the property was perfectly situated for this. It was literally steps from the Line 1 Metro and in a wonderful neighborhood with some really nice restaurants. We had breakfast every morning at Gustave’s and were treated like locals. The host Terry was absolutely wonderful to work with and he shared his knowledge of the neighborhood. We would be happy to stay here again the next time we come to Paris.”
