「View is breathtaking」

「No air conditioning - can’t make the room cooler even if temperature is warm outside, a bit stuffy in the room, but noisy after open window 」

「I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room and the entire property were exceptionally clean. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, making it very comfortable. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets within walking distance, which was very convenient. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the city center. Overall, I had a great experience and would...

「The rooms are extremely tiny, we had to upgrade, still not spacious.」

「Conveniently located to multiple things in the city」

「In general, the rooms are lacking of maintenance: no stable hot water supply, tap water is milky, air-conditioner isn't functioning properly, the bed and pillows aren't comfortable, and the toilet has odors. But the location is very good, near the big shopping mall Dostyk Plaza. And the front desk staff is helping, willing to change room for us. But the staff doesn't know how to register our stay in Almaty with the Immigration authorities, when this is a must for every tourist staying more...

「Freundlicher und netter Kontakt. Kleine Probleme, z.
