“I recently stayed at the Novotel City Centre for work, and both the hotel and its location were excellent. Unfortunately, I was overcharged by a taxi driver upon arrival at the airport, who demanded 40,000 KZT for a ride that should have cost only 10,000 KZT. However, a member of the hotel staff, Adil, went above and beyond to assist me. “The hotel facilities were clean and the beds were comfortable. I used room 901, and the TV and single sofa were placed far apart. The iPad was not mirrored on the smart TV. Other than that, I was satisfied and would use it again.”
