“Receptionist was very helpful and pleasant and did provide a room with what I was asking for. The room was clean and spacious as per description. Good supply of hot water for bathing morning and evening. The matress was very old and no longer supportive as it may have been years ago when purchased and needed replaced a whole back. Pool area was nice though no shade at all and no umbrellas available so this limited the time one could spend by the pool which was one of the primary reasons to go……

“I had booked a family triple room with king bed and a double bed with a living space and they charged 12500 per night which is way more than the price of the rooms at this property as per the receptionist . They did not provide the same room while checking in and just said it’s been given to some marriage party. Then they offered another room. Overall it was not worth the money , amenities were bad and would not recommend it”

“The good things first - staff at front office were polite . The food was excellent . Housekeeping - not good . The staff in the bar interchanged someone else’s liquor bill to our room and despite us telling them that we had not ordered any liquor, two of the staff wanted us to pay for it as the wrong room number had been written on the bill . Need to be more careful . There is no activity of any……
