「Literally steps to Snow Summit but multiple problems made the lodging a disappointment. Specifically we had to call for more towels for the five of us, we had to call to get a working toaster, we had to call because the patio screen door fell off, and the TV would not allow us to sign into our Netflix account. Furniture is in serious need to be updated. This could be a real gem if improvements are made.」

「Check in office is less than a minute away from the unit. You would be hard pressed to find a closer unit to the mountain. We walked back for lunch, took a soak in the hot tub and headed back for an afternoon session. While it is true that the downstairs TV is challenging you can screen cast anything you want from an iPad or iPhone. All in all great value for the price. Next year I won't be looking at any other options.」

「Soooo we arrived on day 1 to find the cabin hadn't been cleaned after the last occupants. Mildew towels on the carpet, etc. After a series of calls, the cleaning crew came in the evening. Soooo on day 2 we returned from a fun day of activities to find a very nice young family had moved in and were occupying the cabin. Yes, double-booked. 「Overall our stay was amazing. The only notable mentions are that the front door lock is nearly unusable and should be replaced. As well, in the main bedroom, there is a sizable gap between the sliding glass doors, that go out to the balcony, that i think could be easily fixed with a weather strip. The room stay extremely cold because of this even when we raise the thermostat. Aside from these two things, we have nothing negative to say. We had a great time and would definitely come again.」
