Family room has a twin/twin bunk bed, twin bed, futon, ceiling fan, smart TV, and electric fireplace. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster oven, coffee machine, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs along with streaming apps and fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Laundry area with side-by-side washer and dryer.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
