Better than I expected!

Very nice place to stay, roomy and cozy at the same time, modern, nice kitchen and livingroom, all of the bedrooms and beds were perfect, it was better than I expected and I was very happy.

Great for families

Easy check-in and great location in a quiet neighborhood. The village is four minutes by car, Walgreens is around the corner, and Vons/Starbucks is four minutes the other way by car. Our five and one year olds loved the bunk beds and there were even a few toys! There were plenty of towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Streaming services were loaded on the TV, which made it easy to settle the kids in with some familiar shows while we unpacked. Loved this cute cabin!

Great location, unacceptably poor communication

We were there for a mountain bike race. The location was great - we left the car at the house and walked to the course on the 10-ply trail at Snow Summit. The house was as advertised. Floors and surfaces were clean. House was somewhat dusty and could use a deep clean - when the air conditioning turn on we would sneeze some. Communication was unacceptably poor. We checked in on Wednesday. I sent messages Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday morning to confirm checkout time and see if a late checkout was possible since we were on the redeye flight home that night. I got no response until 2pm on Sunday via phone call when I received an agitated phone call asking why our car was still parked at the house (because I had walked up to the race course and was a bit over a mile away on the mountain). If the owner had responded to any of the 4 messages I sent, we would have easily left and moved the car sooner. The caller demanded I move the car within 30 minutes - I told the caller I would do the best I could to quickly walk back and clear out, which I managed within 30 minutes - we were packed but I had not loaded the open bed pickup before I walked to the course. The owner advertises quick responsive communication but as a many time VRBO renter that was not accurate. I would not rent from this individual again.

I didn't take any photos but this place was amazing! So close to the mountain, clean and so cozy. Loved this place. The host was very thorough and organized. Would 100% book again!

Great stay!

This property was perfect for our family and friends getaway. There was ample room for 2 families- each family had their own bathroom and the property is in a great location near the village.
