「Never saw any office staff - door was unlocked (as our email said) and all was clean and cute place. Coffee maker did not work but coffee shop was across the street.」

「I pre booked it and showed up at 1am after a 12hr drive and the told me I had to be 21 to stay there and I was only 20. 」

「The home was located very near to a cross roads, meaning that I could go straight and the road lead to the north east side of town where my relatives were all meeting for two day, I could turn right and go to my fathers home near red sands, I could turn left and go to 2 of my cousins houses one a few miles away and the other lives on the west side, or stop in down town, or go back the way i came to go to my aunts and the house i grew up in or go home to New Braunfels Tx」

「Microwave was missing, remote was missing. Room stunk horrible and had trash and had not been mopped.」

「Even though the staff was nice and professional, the hotel rooms and the hotel in general were run-down. The rooms we stayed in had dirty walls, and the mattresses were as hard as rocks. A little paint goes a long way. The staff was super nice; it's just that the hotel was very outdated. We had to stay there due to no vacancy at the other hotels in Big Lake. I probably wouldn't stay here again if it were an option. 」

「The property was clean and tastefully decorated. It was also well stocked with incidental toiletries to include toothbrush kits, although I did not need to use any of the supplies the host provided. I used one towel as a floor-mat and showered with my own towel, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I only had one very minor issue with a mechanical squeak coming from the A/C unit which I solved by turning off the oscillation function. I passed this info on to the host and I'm sure they will...
