Plummer Cabins are a rare find and highly sought after, so come and experience the warmth and coziness of this perfect getaway located on a private street in a tranquil setting. Paradise for the nature and hiking enthusiast.
    Cabin includes 2 queen beds and a futon. HOA community contains 27 hole golf course, indoor/outdoor pool, beach, fishing, and kayaking available for separate fees.

We came to North Georgia for our son's wedding and stayed 2 weeks in the summer. The mountain cabin is a cozy place to stay. The host supplies snacks, paper goods, and coffee, and it's well stocked with everything we needed. The cabin was clean, and has a rustic charm. We loved sitting out on the screened porch enjoying the wooded, quiet, serenity of Big Canoe. The first day we saw a Momma bear and 3 cubs walk behind the cabin and a baby fawn was left by a Doe tucked up next to the front porch. Big Canoe is a beautiful community with curvy mountain roads and wooded lots with nice amenities.The beach club, for a fee, is a wonderful place to visit for a water rock slide, beach, kayaking or paddleboarding, inflatables, 2 pools to use. The Golf Club has a delicious restaurant and in the foothills there is a pizza shop. The host is available and communicates very well.

The cabin was super cozy and welcoming. We were only in town for a few days to celebrate a friend's wedding, and unfortunately, we did not get to spend much time at the cabin due to event schedule. Would definitely go back for a longer stay in Big Canoe!

Perfect Big Canoe retreat

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, cozy, and complete with a front porch and a wonderful screened porch overlooking a wooded area in the back. Great for watching wildlife. It was perfect for our get-away to the Big Canoe area. The thoughtful host left provisions, and was quick to answer our questions.
