"The pool was supposedly heated, but it was very cold. The associate at the front desk mentioned at least 4 times to my granddaughter not to pee in the pool. He was a a little creepy. We had handicapped room, but I thought it odd that there was no bath mat or decals in the tub for stability. There in not nearly enough seating for breakfast. Breakfast has a nice variety. we used the pull out couch bed and the extra sheets and pillow, but there was no pillowcase on the pillow. The bed was nice. The sitting area was nice. "

"There was such a pleasant fragrance in the air. We smelled it immediately upon entering the building but you couldn’t tell where it was coming from. It was everywhere and just heavenly. The room was clean, plenty of toiletries. Great pillows. Perfect for a couple of mamas with daughters. Good options for food nearby and a mall within view. Right across the street were nail & tanning salons. As I said, perfect."

"My check-in was very smooth and quick! I was given all the information about where my room was, Wi-fi password, etc. The room was comfortable (temperature) and very clean! All the staff I saw were very friendly and helpful! There weren't really shops super close, but there were restaurants close by in case I got hungry. Even though it's a pet friendly hotel, and there were dogs on my floor, it was quiet in my room! The temperature was easily set cooler for me to sleep. The bed was comfortable, and the full-sized refrigerator was nice for me to keep food and drinks in!"

"Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Anytime one of them saw us in passing on the property, they would check on us or ask if we needed anything. The restaurant is also delicious, with a nice salad bar with plenty of options. The rooms are spacious and clean. Ample parking around the property. "

"It was good bed, the ice maker, toilet, were loud but everything else was good. The staff were great! The maintenance man was friendly. "

"The hotel was lovely and the rooms were very nice. However… We were very disappointed with the pool. When I checked in, I specifically asked if the pool was heated… Was told yes, and it was not. My son and his family were coming to visit us there and swim and have pizza on our first night in town. We ended up just having to sit in our room and visit."
