Property amenities in the game room (garage) include a hot tub, 2 pool tables, 2 ping pong tables, 50" TV, poker table, air hockey tables, and a bar with a mini fridge. The outdoor amenities include covered patio space, fire ring, open yard, and creek access.
Guest are welcome to enjoy fishing in Big Cove Creek, which runs through the property and is a stocked trout stream. This property is also located next to the Kerper Tract of the Buchanan State Forrest. The mild Deshong Trail and the more aggressive Dickey's Mountain Trails are located on the Kerper tract. The very popular fly fishing catch and release section of the Big Cove Creek is also located just down stream from the property. The Buchanan State Forrest also offers thousand of acres of public hunting.
