「We have stayed at this cabin a few times and never disappoints. There is no tv...but there is also no close neighbors, no noise except for the river flowing, no property problems and no rules that can make your rental a stressful nightmare. This is the place to regenerate...rest, read, listen to the birds and the river. The owners are the best you can ask for in a rental. They never bother you and are there if you have any questions....It is PERFECT..」

「The automatic pancake maker was fun to use in the morning... the staff went out of their way to answer any and all questions we had about local dinning and attractions. On the down side the phone automation for the room only worked for the TV ... by the end of our stay there was still 1 light that we could not figure out how to turn on. The handicapped shower is also grated incorrectly... more water wanted to run out onto the floor then down the drain. 」

「Old Motel, but very clean inside, recently updated rooms in the last 4 years I understand. I like the barn door to restroom, it really saves space, plus a good look. hard floors, good paint choices. They only have a coffee pot in office, so I would like to see them add coffee to the rooms. Compared to surrounding hotels, good price, comfortable room. Park outside your room door. Would stay here again.」

The house is easy to get to, located near a lot of stores/restaurants as well as downtown Lake City, and we could tell it was very clean when we first arrived.
