「Small study but did not seem cramped. Very well equipped. Excellent power shower with plenty of (very) hot water. Located a few minutes walk into Peebles main street. Lovely location looking out into open area buy the river Tweed.」

「This is a wonderful gem of a place to stay. My husband, dog and I stayed for 2 nights and we honestly could find no fault. Everything you could possibly need was provided which was a lovely touch. Even down to being able to grab a cuppa whilst we got our bearings was perfect. The weather was horrible but we felt relaxed and rested which is priceless. Would have loved to have stayed longer so will definitely look to do that in the future. Well done Julie, your home is amazing 」

「Flat was very handy to railway station and supermarkets bed was comfortable and the area was very quiet, how to work TV remote would have been very helpful as it was on video, knives could be sharper but on the whole kitchen was good, greatly appreciated tea, coffee, sugar and milk being provided and also plenty coathangers in wardrobe, on the whole I would recomend to anyone the flat」
