「My kid, wife and I are very happy with our stay, beat our expectation. The hotel is surrounded by tropical forest, like a beautiful botanic garden, quite and safe. The breakfast is amazing, love the swimming pool, check-in is simple and easy, spacious room, very friendly staff. Highly recommended.」

「Clean room!!! Cleaning staff made sure to clean all areas without touching our personal items. Great security. FYI I Didn’t really like the Mountain View of the hotel. Walking distance to downtown area and beach. Also store/liquor store next to hotel. 」

「There was no breakfast available in the morning before we left at 715am. There were no staff to be found at that time. The first room they gave us the shower was broken spraying water all over the room. The second room the shower was a little better but still had issues. When going to bed it was and you could hear others talking outside our room. The WiFi was not working for us and it was jist brushed off. They did not seem to care just saying they would look into it but never got back to...

「The location is good just minutes away from the beach. However the area is very crowded with cars parked on the way to the beach. The room that was assigned to us had some leaks from the toilet and the A/c vents. The staff changed the room after we complained which was good. Also let us check out late with minimal charges. However the residents who uses the pool plays loud music with no care for other residents. The management should look into this. The faucets and showers need to be changed...
