「首先值得一提是hotel.com的客服是非常幫得上忙，因為我要預訂酒店的機場接送，他們可以幫我直接聯絡到酒店的負責人取得WhatsApp ，使我可以直接跟他們聯絡上，可以預訂得到機場接送。雖然最後機場接送方面有點小插曲，但最後亦都能成功往返。 酒店方面員工親切，特別是酒店的負責人都非常盡責，在這裏需要特別表揚，謝謝你送給我的甜品及早餐，很貼心的服務。 住宿方面算是舒適，大堂華麗，只是房間有點舊（是可以接受的），但整體都很整潔，服務員都非常有禮貌和殷勤，在頂樓的泳池很乾淨，泳池的服務員也足夠，不停會為客人服務，整體值9.5分。 酒店的四周圍環境好像正在開發中，晚上街道都很熱鬧，感覺安全」

「- Great service before/during the stay & enthusiastic staffs, they tried to do their best to - Clean room with comfortable bed - Good location (near the metro station, restaurants, supermarket...etc) - Fantastic breakfast - the hotel offerred airport transfer service, with good car and enthusiastic driver -However, the soundproof should be improved. There are bars and at downstairs and open until 2 am. not recommend to stay here if hard to fall asleep」

「The Apartement was super clean , stuff are very friendly and Helpful. Kitchen include everything we need , Waching machine and Frige are pretty new and very efficient. Washroom is super Lux - THANK YOU SO MUCH PARKSIDE TEAM!!! Very Lux Apartements Like 5 stars Hotels! More Freedom and Privacy!」

「All i can say is that it was one of the best stays i had in a while .. everything was nice and helped put you in the mood of old cairo once you step in through the door of the hotel you feel that you went thru a gate to the past and the staff were very friendly and helpful especially the guy at the entrance and the guys at the restaurant and nurhan at the reception she was so nice .. thank you for a wonderful stay will definitely come back again」

「位置距离机场很近，打车20分钟左右，价钱50埃镑，酒店巴士不是免费的要10美元一个人非常坑！周边有小饭店，距离Starcity不远可以到这个Mall吃饭购物。房间总有一股丑酸的味道，不知道从哪里出来的，只能用香精水来掩盖，不走运的台灯漏电被电到了，这次的真算是不好的经历」
