The lobby and common areas as well as the restaurants were clean and kept up, but the rooms were dirty with tattered, stretched out carpeting. My bed had a decorative pillow on it that was stained.

It's always our greatest pleasure to stay at the Concord hotel, where we enjoy the best customer service, most friendly atmosphere, outstanding quality and variety of food, all accompanied by the cost of being there. We will definitely go back and stay there when we visit Egypt again.
