「I came with my mother for our annual mother/daughter trip. The hotel was stunning, decor was exquisite and staff and service was wonderful. Beautiful haven in the middle of Mahon. 「Our hotel was changed to the Alua Soul and we were given suites. The holiday was a birthday present to my Father and we were all blown away by the accommodation so thank you very much. All the staff were amazing especially the reception staff for booking taxis and helping my dad after he had too much wine and locked himself out of the safe. 「booked at stay as I had a late flight out of Menorca, the hotel is perfectly adequate, but at least 30min walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. I found it strange there is minimal staff on site and all correspondence is done by what's app giving entry codes to the front door and room door. No lounge area available only a few tables and chairs and a microwave. with no catering facilities coffee and tea making in the room (or at least a station in reception ) would be nice. the swimming pool...
