Banyan Tree Bintan hotels

Overall is amazing except the pillows were too soft, I got my neck pain after the stay.

Friendly staff, a good place to spend a few days to relax.

A unique and memorable stay. We had a cabin with a balcony which was great for the sunset !

Food service is very slow in general even though staff have tried their best. Members points can’t be recorded at the spa or restaurant when paying the bill but need to fill a form for back office to process. Great facilities and friendly staff.

Very nice private and cosy villa, spacious sitting room, dinning area, bathroom & good size private pool with Jacuzzi but almost like no lobby nor public pool. Only one small restaurant & quite crowded at breakfast time. One night with power failing for half an hour and reception phone also ooo, quite scary experience.

Very nice staff!!! Very much appreciated!

The stay was good, the food is average.. better information related to the treasure bay will be appreciated
