"The view from the bedroom was beautiful and the room was very clean. Staff was super nice and the people were wonderful. Breakfast restaurant on the ocean had an amazing view and food was absolutely delicious. It was nice to wind down without all the commotion of the big city. Just take in the beautiful views with the city of Holbox and the ocean! I would definitely go back! Everything was great! If I could make it better. I made it work but only 2 plugs in bedroom. I have a CPAP and they should have a few more outlets in the room. 2025 - Also better WiFi or internet signal and speed. 2/3g"

"This hotel is modern, very clean, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room was beautiful and very comfortable. We paid extra for an ocean view, but unfortunately large trees blocked most of the view. The restaurant was fine, and the complimentary breakfast was good but fairly basic (eggs, chilaquiles, fruit, vegetables, bread, pastries, and ham and cheese for paninis). The beach was absolutely amazing and just steps from the hotel, and the pools were nice and never crowded—though a bit cold. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of downtown, where you’ll find great food and lively bars."

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and we truly appreciated being able to check in earlier than the scheduled time. Even though we booked a standard room, it was wonderful, spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable, and everything from the curtains to the overall cleanliness was outstanding. We would especially like to thank Isaac and the entire staff for their kindness and attentive service. Breakfast was phenomenal and a perfect way to start each day. We truly hope to return to Holbox soon, and when we do, we will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you very much for such a lovely stay."
