「A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement. Elevators only stop on even floors, so you would need to walk 1/2 floor up or down to the 1F reception or room (uneven floor for me). Elevator is very fast and there are 3 of them, so no issues at all. The nearby...

「Needs a bit of a revamp in bathroom but everything works and the rooms are clean and tidy and the bed is very comfortable. 」

「We stayed overnight before our holiday in the executive room which was definitely worth the extra and booked the 3 course meal which was fantastic. Booked to stay on the way back but couldn’t stay overnight so the manager let us have a room to have a sleep until we were ready to leave which was so lovely of her as we were driving back to Cornwall and had already been up 24 hours. Super easy to find and pool was amazing. Will definitely stay again thank you 」
