The cleaning staff was very careful and polite when communicating with the people in the room for any of their needs or for cleaning and the room was very clean and comfortable. This was the first time that I accepted a room near the elevator because the elevator was very silent and not noisy as I have noted in other hotels where I had to move my room. 「This hotel is very nice. We stayed for one night to meet up with family. 2 kids and 2 adults. The room had an accessible bath since I'm 8 months pregnant and it helped so much. The room was very clean and spacious. My husband and I went down for coffee at night and grabbed a snack from the kiosk. They have a pool table and quiet areas for reading or working. They also had hot chocolate as well which I enjoyed. Staff was very friendly. Definitely will stay here again if we come into town again. 」
