We are conveniently located ten minutes from Birmingham airport, five minutes from downtown, and eight minutes from UAB, making it the perfect choice for business travelers. Experience the vibrant nightlife at the Uptown Theater or Top Golf five minutes away, along with many other exciting attractions. Our comfortable bedrooms and inviting areas provide ample space for relaxation and unwinding. Our home is a comfortable and cozy 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home with a spacious open area that includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room, a den, and a dining room with comfortable seating. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer available for use. Each bedroom boasts a very comfortable queen-size bed and a television. Whether you are working or taking a leisurely break, this space is perfect for you.

The host was accommodating and understanding related to the overall cleanliness caused by her cleaning company which she addressed.The upstairs is comfortable, the unit in the converted garage not so much, but being addressed by the owner.Do not be confused by the pictures of Uptown or Top Golf, neither are walkable. If you have a small sum, car or truck the back alley leads to a flat driveway. The front driveway is on 13% incline and very difficult to navigate if you have mobility issuOK.The back yard has a privacy fence and a yard.If you are not familiar with this area a little scary at first, but we were fine.If you plan to cook there best to go way outside of town as parking at Publix in town is ridiculous Overall if visiting for a family reunion, wedding, or a business trip it's ok.

Great if going to Protective Stadium

A short walk to the stadium. Nice house. Good communication with the management. A bit of a transitional neighborhood.
