I stayed here for a week while my daughter was at UAB. The place was just as described, quiet, and conveniently located. Communication with the host was top tier. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location for concert at the Coca Cola Amphitheater. The host was very responsive (we did not have any issues, but questions I had were answered immediately). Check in was easy. Apartment was clean, well appointed and decorated nicely.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this property. Upon our late arrival (12am) after a delayed flight, we found the bed with dirty sheets, debris, and a visible stain (urine) on the mattress once the bedding was removed. The couch also had debris. Although fresh sheets and pillowcases were later delivered, the underlying cleanliness issues made us uncomfortable, and half of our party (2 of us) moved to a hotel the first night. The other half of our group — including a pregnant guest — remained for 1 night, which is why we did not seek a full refund.What was most frustrating was the lack of apology or accountability from the host. Instead of taking responsibility and offering an apology, they made false and defamatory accusations (see pictures) to avoid accountability. This left us feeling not only unwelcome but unfairly treated. So, the other two in our party vacated the following morning as well, meaning we didn't stay for our final night of the booking but the host refused to provide a refund or take accountability at all.VRBO’s handling of the case was also disappointing. The issues were downplayed as “minor,” and the only compensation offered was 20, which is insulting given the circumstances.Future guests should be aware of both the condition we encountered and how the host responded when concerns were raised. We would strongly caution others before booking this property.

Cute 2bd apartment

Well updated 2br apartment a stones throw away from UAB and easy access to the airport and Coke a Cola Amphitheater. Within walking distance to restaurants and a gas station.
