Dirty

The refrigerator had an awful smell. Contacted the property manager, and was told someone would come out to clean it. Never happened. Had to dismantle the shelves ourselves and clean out the spoiled rotten milk. The smell never went away. The second floor had clearly not been vacuumed. The railing for the stairs on the third floor was coming off of the wall. While there was a video showing how to use the thermostat, there was no mention that every single radiator was shut off, and had to be started. The house took almost 24 hours to warm up. Finally, there were no napkins or tissues or paper towels to be found. Even the toilet paper was scarce. Very disappointing as I had invited my family to stay here for my wedding.
