Clean and well appointed

We were traveling through from Florida to Michigan and made a stop In Birmingham. We wanted a place with more room then a hotel, a full kitchen and a desk for me to work at. This worked well. Turns out the surrounding area is gorgeous with hills and old southern estates. University and hospital nearby for those that need a rental.Would recommend and Clint answered all my questions and was super responsive. Thank you!

Apt was super clean/ similar as pics via website. Attention to details you want experience in Hotel/ Motel. We stayed a week- older neighborhood surrounding the entire area. Very nice for enjoying the walking trails- quite relaxing. Clint takes care of business. Looking forward to visiting next May as well.

Great location with trendy decor

We visit Birmingham often and this was one of our favorite places we have stayed. Sure beats staying in a hotel with all the convenience of home this place has to offer. The front keypad door lock was finicky and needs to be replaced. Back door lock worked fine.
