Welcome to our **lovely home**! To ensure a safe, comfortable, and peaceful stay for all guests, please read and follow these house rules:

* **No Pets:** Pets are not allowed on the property. Unauthorized pets will incur a £500 fee.
* **Under 22s:** Unless accompanied by someone over 22 . Guests under 22 must be approved by the host in advance if booked without a over 22 yr old.
* **No Smoking:** 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking inside will incur a £500 fee.
* **Quiet Hours:** Please keep noise to a minimum between **8:00 pm and 8:00 am**. **No loud music** or disruptive behaviour.

### 🧹 Cleaning & Tidiness

* Use the **cleaning products provided** in bathrooms and the kitchen after using toilets, showers, and the kitchen.

* **Remove toiletries** from bathrooms after use, as housekeepers will dispose of any left behind.

* **Do not leave towels in bathrooms**; please hang or place them in your room.

* **Leave bedrooms reasonably tidy** to avoid extra cleaning charges.

* Use **bins for all rubbish** to help keep the home clean.

* **Keys:** Keys must be returned to the lockbox on check-out.

* **Adherence to Rules:** All house rules must be followed. Failure to comply may result in **deduction from the security deposit**.

* **Check-In / Check-Out:** Follow the agreed times and instructions.
