Great location with several restaurants, Publix and attractions within walking distance. With an 8 day stay, I was able to find (inexpensive or free) street parking pretty easily. Great communication with hosting staff. Upon arrival, unit could have been cleaner and that was addressed very quickly. Unit is minimally equipped but comfortable. I was able to make several meals in the kitchen. Overall good stay, would stay again.

Could do better at ensuring cleanliness

Location is great for working @ UAB. Security is very good. (Key fobs and auto lock doors). The cleaning staff needs to do better at ensuring the rooms are ready for the next guest prior to arrival. There were fingernails on the nightstand and on the shelf in the shower. Long black hairs on bed and in the towels. I will say that the property manager was very responsive to this and had the cleaners service the room. The street outside is very loud at night but it is in the middle of the city so I guess that to be expected. Soundproofing could be better though. This place has the potential to be good for the price if they ensure it’s clean.
