“I checked out early due to being unable to use basic facilities like hot water. The rooms were dirty including the bed sheets and people / maintenance were in and out the room all night so any form of sleep was impossible. The staff were extremely unhelpful, have ignored my request for a refund or offered any solutions. I couldn’t reccomend this bleak place less”
