「I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a filthier hotel. The staff were completely indifferent to the problems. In fact I was told - if I wasn’t satisfied with the room I had 30 minutes to cancel. That’s a hell of a thing to say to a customer. Especially after a long day of traveling. My smoke detector was chirpinging my 95 degree room. I tried to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work. 「I have stayed here a few times now but it looks like the cleanliness of the hotel is going down. Stains on hallway carpets and the room had a bunch of hairs in the bathroom. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly. 」

「This is our second time staying at the Atlantic Hotel - both times to attend Sour Fest at Burley Oak Brewery, about a mile away. Last year, we stayed one night and this year we stayed two nights. Next year, we'll do 3-4. There's just too much in Berlin and surrounding areas to see in 2 days. First of all, the TOWN of Berlin is super cute and charming. We love it there. 「Stayed 2 very peaceful nights at this very clean and well furnished home. We found the beds nicely firm. There were sufficient outlets to charge our electronics and we appreciated the coffee supplies. We didnt cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked. This is a cozy, comfortable place. The only challenge is that the bathroom is a single step up. This didnt work well for one in our party but for the rest of us it was fine.」
