Clean, quiet and super comfy in a Premier plus room. Staff very friendly and efficient. Great for one night stay close to Stansted airport - convenient shuttle bus 4 pounds every 30mins to the airport. Would definitely stay again.

Better than I'd expected for an airport hotel - nice larger size, decent pillows, clean. Thrilled there's a regular shuttle bus to the airport at even horrible hours without need to schedule and for an OK price (though you will feel like cattle that way they pile you in and hot corners at speed, lol). Good job.

Room is better than expected, spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a 2 drinks for £10 offer which was nice. Had fried calamari, it was so-so.

Nice room, easy access to airport. Breakfast only served until 10, so weary travellers like us who slept in missed out. Restaurant closed after breakfast, so no food.

This is an airport hotel (motel?) so no one expects anything especially nice. My room was spacious and clean, although there was a noticeably strong scent of cigarettes, despite it being a non smoking room. The staff were friendly and happy to provide info re: transport to the airport.

Issue with digital check in

Check in was a little difficult since the required booking reference/qr code for digital check in wasn't included in the booking email. Fortunately the staff were helpful and able to check us in manually

It was a good stay - easy check-in, clean, comfy room. It had a slight smell. I arrived after midnight and was worried that my room would have been given away. I called maybe ten times earlier in the day, and no one ever answered. But in the end, check-in was no problem, quick, and easy. I took the shuttle bus from the airport. It costs 4 pounds, but they do now accept cards. I had read that the shuttle was cash only, but that is no longer the case.
