"very clean room and facility. The parking process was simple and it was nice and close to Epcot. Wish the mobile check in was linked with the mydisney experience app, but we were able to work around it. Would definitely stay again"

"We stayed for 5 nights and four days and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was immaculate despite only having service every other day. The complimentary buffet breakfast was great in the mornings. My only disappointment was that the shuttle for the disney parks is by reservations only to and from the park on a very limited basis. So for dis ey patrons be aware that this could affect the time your able to get to and from the parks as there were only one or two times available throughout the entire day whether coming or going. If you have your own vehicle this is a non issue. Otherwise amazing place for a budget friendly hotel."

"Overall a friendly and decent hotel for the price. We will stay again. We loved all of the amenities! Movie theatre, shops, ice cream, coffee, pizza, mexican, asian. Bar and restaurant. The shower had good pressure. The only negative things we have to say is that the kids area of the water park was not working, the hallways were slippery after raining, our kids room had ports for a TV but there was not one for them at night to watch. Our room was not ready at check in so we had to wait. One in the room, it looked like all that had been cleaned was the bathroom and sheets on the 3 beds had been changed. The floors were dirty and the kitchen sink was filthy. The bigger arcade was so hot because of the machines and all the people. Might be a good idea to add some fans."
