  • 21 is a lovely updated holiday shack that accommodates up to 6 guests, beautiful views of the ocean with access to the beach!

    Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, freestanding electric stovetop/oven, microwave, Delonghi Nespresso coffee pod machine (BYO pods), toaster, kettle, slow cooker, electric frypan, food processor. Dining table with 6 chairs, baby high chair, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, living room area with 4 seater lounge, 1 single seater, TV, blue tooth speaker, X Box - no games used as DVD player.

    Bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity and w/c. Laundry with front loading washing machine, dryer, clothes airer.

    Covered front patio with outdoor setting and excellent sea views.

    Flat top BBQ plus Weber Kettle.

    Fish cleaning facility.

    Dog friendly - not fenced - A $100 refundable pet bond will apply - Please advise in the notes sections if you wish to bring dog - the $100 pet bond will be added manually by office staff when they process your booking.

    Black Point is a small seaside settlement which offers a beautiful sandy beach, swimming, fishing, sailing, boating and crabbing, making it a popular destination for families and holiday makers.

    Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 x single beds

    PLEASE NOTE: Pillows and quilts are provided, also all linen, no need to bring any linen with you except your beach towels! Linen provision is included in your fees.

    $300 per night
    High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
    $275 per night
    Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
    $250 per night

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Quaint, quiet, superbly styled and comfortable with beautiful sea views and moon risesWith everything inside that we needed in the kitchen. Games the children enjoyed and comfortable sleeping.Really helpful team that were able to pop round promptly when we had a little plumbing issue, which was sorted instantly.Really friendly, lovely neighbours who were very kind to our dogs. Some grass in the front to sit out on and a tap for washing off when returning from the beach would be helpful. Otherwise a great getaway.We will definitely return.
