"From the moment we arrived and departed was a truely wonderful experience!! Our hosted Brad and staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable from details maps on trails and treks and must do photo stops. The food and wine were impressive some of the finest. The property was so unique all the finer details and personal touches. The spa bath is a must view would never get old. We hope to return sooner rather than later."

"Extraordinary view from the tiny home perched on the hilltop. Easy to find. Great communication. It had everything you need. A quick stay, including a meal in town then back home for a cosy night in. Outstanding."

"We really enjoyed our stay with Jeff and Jan! The room was spotless, and Jeff and Jan were such thoughtful and welcoming hosts. They were extremely helpful in providing us recommendations on places to see, eat, and activities in the area. Their breakfasts were an absolute delight (and tasty!), even at our early wake up times. Eddie and Frankie were very warm hosts into their space and are some of the friendliest pets we have met. Overall we could not recommend staying at Alpine Rock highly enough, and would love to stay again if we are in the area!"

"Lovely stay and great location for doubtful sound cruise with a short walk to the marina. Heat pump unfortunately had an intermittent fault during our stay but a spare blow heater was available. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent for taking a fjord cruise at the dock. It was well stocked and comfortable. We had a bit of trouble finding it, but after re-reading the instructions found it without trouble. The house has a ton of history and we enjoyed reading the scrapbook which details it. Note that there is a steep set of stairs from the upstairs bedroom to the bathroom but this was no trouble for us. Overall a great stay! "
