Perfect location in Birch Bay, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and ocean view. Really clean and nicely remodeled. Comfy and enjoyable. The outside of the building and the shared amenities (pool, hot tub, game room) are dated and a little rundown but the inside of the condo makes up for it.

Everything was awesome view was the best . Honestly couldnt get any closer to the beach. Floor seemed new a little slick at the bottom of the stairs. I just moved the kitchen mat over and fixed!! Will try and return for a summer trip next year . Oh description didnt give it enough credit. Very nice. Parking pretty compacted.
