This was our third stay at one of Strathisla Farm's cottages, and as usual it was fabulous.

This was our third stay at one of Strathisla Farm's cottages, and as usual it was fabulous. A well laid out, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable cottage with everything you could possibly need. It was so quiet, no road noise at all. One of the best things was being able to walk out of the back garden gate straight into the woods for a one hour walk with our dog allow a river and across fields. A great area for exploring, peaceful but near enough to shops etc you don't feel isolated. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

Beautiful & Peaceful

We had a great stay for a 1 week in August with our 1 year old black lab. Beautiful property with everything you could need, really nice quality furnishings and beautiful garden with a great walk with a burn at the bottom of the garden. Really peaceful and although the owners checked on us to make sure all was fine via text they were never intrusive but on hand should they be needed. Thanks again, loved our stay!

From start to finish we loved staying at Curlew cottage. It has been fitted out to the highest standards and was so warm and comfortable. The icing on the cake was the garden for our 2 chocolate labs - they loved it, and it was 100% escape proof! It was also brilliant to see the red squirrels visit during the day as well as many birds including woodpeckers. There were good walks from the front door, though this is such a great county for getting out and about in beautiful glens and forests. We were a little disappointed not to meet our host Katie, but understand because of the current situation - the welcome strawberries, wine and flowers were very much appreciated.We will certainly be booking again at some point. Beautiful, well equipped and clean cottage, I can thourghly recommend it.

Beautiful, well equipped and clean cottage, I can thourghly recommend it. I have stayed at two of their cottages now, superb for dogs. The garden is very secure, backing on to a small woodland, full of local wildlife, including red squirrels and spotted woodpeckers.

Love this cottage, 3rd visit.

Love this cottage, 3rd visit. Well designed, well furnished with all amenities.Everything we needed is there, well equipped and so comfortable.Plenty of hot water when you need it, small details like hand wash and dishwasher tablets being provided, the attention to detail is amazing and much appreciated. Garden flowers in the kitchen, a bottle of wine and local strawberries provided. Secure garden for our dog,plenty of room to play fetch.Thanks again Katie!

This cottage comes as near to complete perfection as you can get.

This cottage comes as near to complete perfection as you can get. Kitchen with big french window onto the garden every amenity and gadget that you can need. Bedroom beautifully decorated and comfortable, bathroom has it all. Garden sunny all day and is dog proof. Squirrels, pheasants, woodpeckers and other birds come to the bird feeder in the garden. Very quiet.

Fabulous week in a clean cosy well equipped cottage. The Log burner really enhanced the feel of the cottage with the cold weather and the abundance of wildlife in the garden was amazing to watch. No hesitation in recommending and we will certainly be returning I'm sure!
