「The place was remote, quiet, fun. Had everything we needed. The bed was too hard but all other aspects of the furniture was beyond expectation. The cabin was In a perfect location for rest, shopping, and chilling. Nice grill too! 」

「We had a great stay for a couples getaway weekend. This property is convenient to all Wimberly events but also private. The kitchen and outdoor spaces were convenient. It is pet friendly and the hot tub was perfect. Great communication and support from the hosts was also great. 」

「Did not spend a night there. Facility was unacceptable for 80 year old guests. Communications did not explain entry was through a lockbox and not an electronic box. Did not say cabin was parking was in a pizza facility parking lot. Did not explain that the shower/tub was high and not low and was inaccessible to anyone that might be slightly less agile than an athlete. Tub access was blocked by faucet and valves and wet tub was very slippery and was a safety hazard for elderly. 」

「We had an amazing stay at The Martinsburg! We spent two days here and it was the perfect Hill Country getaway. The cabin is beautiful, modern, and extremely well kept. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and details to make the stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is fantastic — peaceful and surrounded by the rolling hills, yet still very close to Fredericksburg and several great wineries. Being within walking distance to Pedernales Cellars was a huge plus for us. The...

「We loved the new bathroom! The mini-split a/c and the larger refrigerator are nice additions also. This was our 3rd stay at Dad's Cabin and we'll definitely be back next time we're in the area!」

「We had a wonderful time and only wished our trip would have allowed us to stay longer. Don’t be swayed by the AC window units. They were very effective and kept us cool the whole time we were there. So quiet and relaxing. Sitting in the back porch with a cup of coffee was really nice to start the morning. Definitely hope to have the opportunity to return someday. 」
