"The Omni Barton Creek resort is beautiful, the staff is accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. There are 4 pools, all accessible, 2 are for adults. The only complaints we might have is that the 2 queen size beds in our room had very soft mattresses; we sleep on firm mattresses at home and in most hotels. The other minor complaint is in the bathroom; the vanity is small with no shelves on the other size for our shaving supplies and cosmetics. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Could use some upgrades but otherwise ver clean, loved the shower and I slept like a baby. Only thing I did not like was the fact that the hotel was pet friendly, do as I was falling asleep I got a good whiff of dog smell. "

"It was a good location and nice room and comfortable bed. The shower though took 15 minutes to get hot. It would also be nice to have more carts available. One big cart for everyone in the hotel is not enough. Also, better food selections for breakfast. Pretty much the same thing every day."

"Everything and everybody was great. The only complaint was house keeping did not come until after 5pm. We had 3 of us with event in am and in pm to get ready for and needed towels, called to desk for towels, they never came. I ended up tracking down a housekeeper in the halls, exchanged dirty towels for clean, emptied our trash myself. House keeping knocked in our door as were were leaving around 530, didn't need them by then. Maybe they were short staffed? Other than that I absolutely loved this hotel."
