“We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house and amenities are very nice. This house was perfect for our 2 families gathering and the location not far from town and convenient to many wineries The host is very communicative and added special touches to our stay. We are pleased to have this place to return to again. ”

“All except the coffee pots. Both need some cleaning. Keurig didn't work at all. Other coffee pot took 1 hour to make coffee . But other than that we ENJOYED it. Thank you.”

“What a fantastic venue for our family reunion! We booked all the houses on the property. We used the main house as our meeting place and to prepare meals. The kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub while the adults appreciated the hill country view and just sitting around the porch chatting. I've never seen brighter stars in the sky or bigger smiles on everyone's faces. Hoping to come back again! Highly recommend!”

We had the most fabulous time at the Grand Oaks Ranch as it is an absolute must if you are looking for a place to enjoy the outdoors, ranch animals, superior interior accommodations, a pool, and a turf area for kids games like soccer and football! All of this within a short drive to Fredericksburg for shopping and dining and just fun! The host was also very accommodating and took care of any of our needs which……
