Beautiful hill country peace.

  • This home is a restored farmhouse from the 1930's and has been under current ownership for the past 30 years. The owners relocated on the property and loved the charm of the home and decided to share as a rental for those who need to slow down. It is centrally located in the Hill Country, 3 miles from Blanco, and approximately 35 miles from San Antonio, Austin, Fredericksburg, San Marcos, and Marble Falls. The home has 3 bedrooms, The master bedroom has a king size bed with bathroom, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. These 2 bedrooms have a bathroom in between with a tub. The master bathroom has tub and shower. Also included are 2 TV's with DirecTV . The house also has a couch in living room that will make into a double bed. A complete kitchen with microwave, keurig coffee maker, stove , fridge, and dishwasher. House visitors often enjoy seeing the deer and other country wildlife. Come and enjoy the beautiful Texas Hill Country while relaxing in our comfortable home. We have an extra cottage in back if you have more folks in your group. The cottage has 2 bedrooms with king beds, a large shower with bathroom. The cottage is only rented to main house guests. This keeps property private. It rents for an additional 125.00 per night

It is a very cute house, easy to get to, close to Blanco and all the ladies loved it. It's quiet and secluded, we saw deer, rabbits and wild turkeys in the yard. Would definitely stay again.

So happy to have stayed in this sweet home! It made us feel right at home with the gift of homemade, ready to just warm up and enjoy cinnamon rolls, down to the beautiful little property for our 4 boys and pup to run around in. Great house for large group event

Loved this place! The big dining room is perfect for large gatherings and the huge lawn and common areas are perfect for anyone gathering with a group. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful secluded getaway!

We loved this property, with all its charm and beautiful views. It’s a perfect place to get away from the city life, but close enough to so many little Texas towns. We loved the outdoor space and made sure to witness every sunrise from the front porch as it’s truly spectacular. We hope to visit again!

This property was great! My siblings and I stayed here while attending a family baby shower in Blanco. It had plenty of room to spread out and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We would live to stay here again.

Quiet Country Farm Cottage

Beautiful old farm cottage in the heart of Hill Country, Texas. Great base for day trips to area towns. Host generosity provided breakfast treats and coffee. Very charming country deco on a beautiful property. We will be back.

Wonderful Host. The property is beautiful, cozy, clean and peaceful! Beds are great. Weather was cold and crisp but Connie had the house all warm and welcoming when we arrived. We had an awesome time.

Great Location and Getaway

Nice and quiet country setting with wonderful cinnamon rolls and milk in the refrigerator by owner. Our stay was excellent, no issues, very clean everywhere and lots of space for parking. Plenty of towels, great a/c, comfy beds and lots of room inside and out. We would definitely stay here again! If you have a group of 5 or more this is a perfect location to visit wineries, Johnson City, Fredericksburg, Blanco and more!

Country Comfort

The house was very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to Blanco. We appreciated the homemade cinnamon rolls in the fridge, but unfortunately didn’t have time to bake them. We will definitely be booking again.
