“We really appreciated the stay to get together with family. There was plenty of space to play with the toddler and set up the pack-n-play for the infant. And then plenty of room to play board games after the babies were put to bed. ”

“We loved this charming house on the river! We attended a family reunion in the area and it was a wonderful location and so lovely to be near the running river and take a dip in the refreshing water. My only recommendation would be to add in the initial listing that there is a caretaker on property. That isn't listed on the listing and I didn't know about it until the check in instructions came. “Although we live only 25 minutes away, we had never been to this lake. Definitely off the grid as written and we found the cottage charming as a 1922 cottage could be. We were surprised at the noise from a local event center on Sunday evening, but they got quiet after 10pm. Boaters were active until 11pm on the weekends which also surprised us. “We can’t say enough about how nice our stay was. The pictures don’t do this cabin justice it’s a fantastic place to stay and a great area that’s tucked away but only a few minutes to nearby towns. I’m from the area and wasn’t familiar with this part of the area. It’s very beautiful and did not disappoint. We look forward to returning to the cabin in the future. ”
