「People are friendly, rooms are nice, modern, clean and spacious but it's unbearable in the summer with no AC. It is not the fault of staff, it's management. The excuse is old buildings, can't apply, rules, cost, etc but Asia has way more ACs. I am European and there have been heat waves every summer since I can remember. 「First and foremost Nikola was excellent- provided wonderful customer service. It’s hard to rate the hotel itself because we went during motoGP when hotel prices across the board seemed to be 3 times the normal cost. We also went during a heat wave and the hotel does not have a/c. They did provide fans/cooling units but they were no match for the property’s infrastructure and heat. That said the rooms were clean, breakfast spread was nice and the staff was great! Location was also a plus.」

「The only good things about this hotel are the location. It is located in the centre of Brno. The staff at the front desk is quite helpful. However, the hotel's maintenance and housekeeping services are awful. Many things are out of order or in poor condition, including the air conditioner, the room lights, no hot water, and a broken arm on the armchair. 「I arrived after midnight. I was welcomed by a very nice and welcoming lady, I later found out she is security. I was rapidly accomodated in a very nice, clean, and big room with a larger than normal tub. Everything was sparkling clean and brilliant. The lady adviced me where to park and alerted me about the free made to order breakfast. I chose the eggs and bacon platter. I was served a choise of vegetables and a varied of ham and salami before my breakfast arrived. I was also given yogurt....
