"Staff was really nice and helpful. The room clean and comfortable. We were there just overnight and didn’t have much interaction with hotel personnel. Parking extremely convenient to Downtown and we used it after checking out for a few hours. Again, great experience "

"Book this house for your next stay in Charlottesville!! The house and property were absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and the hosts were so kind and communicative. The house was even better than the pictures. I stayed here with a group of 8, and there was plenty of room plus quite a bit extra. We had everything we needed to cook and do laundry, and we spent most of our time in the game room playing ping pong and out by the fire place on the porch. I wish this was my house! Highly recommend!! "

"I had the most wonderful few days staying in this studio! It’s clean, quaint, and ideally located right outside downtown, while also being a little nature getaway in the countryside. I’m planning on moving to Charlottesville, so this was the ideal place to stay to get a taste of what the area has to offer. Sara was very accommodating after some issues I had with customer service/ changing my stay dates, and she last minute ensured my stay was seamless. "

The host graciously allowed us to cancel very close to our arrival date in order to avoid us being stranded in the cottage. They were responsive, caring, and more than fair about the situation. "The home was perfect. Beautiful setting, clean, attentive hosts - with easy access to Mt. Ida Vineyard. We could walk to the Tasting Room to enjoy wine and delicious food. We even hosted a cocktail party at the vineyard for friends -- and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. A wonderful stay. "
