"This was our second time to stay at this farm house. Anyone who is interested in farming, animals, American history or just wants a pleasant, pretty place to stay should book this property. My daughter was able to help milk the goats. My husband and I enjoyed the hike on the property to the fishing pond. We all enjoyed waking up to the sounds and sights of life on a farm. The hosts take extra care to meet all of your needs- highly recommend."

"My first word upon walking through the door was "Wow!" The wide open floor plan and expansive views seen through the enormous windows was breathtaking! The extra large deck overlooking the river made for a peaceful time to unplug and reconnect with friends. The entire house was spotlessly clean and beds were very comfortable. "Abbey's place worked well for our graduation stay. It is an older property with beautiful solid wood furniture and a comfy feel in a quiet neighborhood about 1.5 miles from UVA.
