"Excellent accomodation and great value for money. One opportunity for improvement would be to make sure that the payment terms are clear from the start. Hotels.com told us that we had paid 50% up front when booking but we had to pay 100% of the cost upon arrival. Will i ever see my 50% deposit again?"

"Excellent hotel and facilities. We were even taken by shuttle bus to the restaurant at the other hotel and picked up at no extra cost. Above and beyond."

"Perfect hosts, great food, a hotel with unique charme and wondrrful food!"

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The sauna was amazing and the bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. We especially loved the buffet breakfast and dining area. The welcome area has stocked drinks and wines you make make use of with an easy system to relay back what you have selected to add to your bill. Staff are amazing and extremely nice. Would recommend staying if considering visiting this party of Germany. "

"De locatie van het hotel is prachtig gelegen aan de Rursee, met een groot buitenterras. Als je in het laagseizoen gaat is het heel rustig en is de omgeving perfect geschikt voor mooie wandelingen. Het hotel zelf voelt in de kamers ietwat gedateerd aan, maar het is wel allemaal schoon en alles werkt naar behoren. Het zelfbedieningsrestaurant is goed, maar ook niet meer dan dat. "Contactless check-in and out. You get a code to enter your room. Room is exceptional, large, clean and bed really comfortable. The kitchen has all you need for a short hotel stay and it's close to the national park. Parking is very limited though so arrive early!"

"Alles war wie vorher beschrieben. Nettes und freundliches Personal inklusive"

"Hotel qui semble a moitié désaffecté. Ambiance bizarre mais lieu très calme."
