“I stayed here for a conference so the location was excellent. My booking stated deluxe room but it was just a large room; I thought breakfast was included but it wasn't. The mattress was saggy and the lighting was awful - tiny bedside lights or dim overhead lights - no table lamp for working. The bathroom was so dark it was very difficult to apply or remove makeup - better lighting is essential. It was also noisy late at night on the street frontage sides of the hotel. “就在火車站正對面，對於坐火車的旅客超方便，附近有便宜的付費停車場一天四歐，大約走路10分鐘，開車也算方便。距離起司市集十來分鐘也很方便。老闆娘很熱情，感覺親切，早餐中規中矩的小自助餐台。美中不足的是浴室水量有點小，天冷的時候實在有點冷。床偏軟是那種坐在窗邊會滑下來的程度，個人不太習慣。”

“Mooie en bijzondere locatie voor een hotel. Zeker het deel waar de cellen nog zichtbaar zijn is prachtig. We hebben geslapen in de suite, een heerlijk ruime kamer. Het ontbijt was zeer compleet en goed verzorgd. Helaas konden we niet de gevangenis rondleiding volgen die door Fletcher wordt aangeboden. ”

“Like many places in Europe it could make improvements to handicap accessibility. If you arrive after dark the address takes you to a closed up street of shops, and the entrance and parking you want is around the block on the ocean side.”

“Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before……

“The room is well-renovated and clean. Nearby environment is beautiful and quite. However, the transportation is too inconvenient. It requires almost an hour to go to the hotel from Amsterdam Central.”

“The check in went smoothly. Then we got to our room and struggled to open the door. When we got in our room was 25 degrees. Back to the desk to get ac on. Then out for dinner and returned to a door that would not open. Back to the desk again. Toilet also ran on and on.”
